Juncus tweedyi (Juncaceae sect. Ozophyllum), the correct name for Juncus brevicaudatus

While working to better understand the names we use at NatureServe, it was discovered that the widely used name Juncus brevicaudatus did not have priority over Juncus tweedyi. The simplest solution was to draw attention to this and use the correct name, J. tweedyi.
