Contributions to the Lichen Flora of Maryland: Recent Collections from the Delmarva Peninsula

Results of a recent collecting trip to the Delmarva Peninsula in Maryland, USA, are presented. The Delmarva Peninsula (coastal Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia) is the northern limit of the geographic
distribution of numerous typical coastal plain species. Lichen checklists for six localities are provided, and 46 taxa are reported for the first time from the state.
